Suryadatta Education Foundation has been promoted by Prof. Dr. S. B. Chordiya. He and other group directors of the institutes have more than fifteen to thirty years of standing in Management, Information Technology, Consultancy, Value Engineering, Corporate Training, Value Education and allied Research. All the directors are prominent Techno commercial professionals from Pune, Mumbai, Maharashtra and from different parts of India and also from abroad. All the directors have close contacts with a wide spectrum of Industries.
Scholarship & Trophies
Scholarships are given to the deserving students and staff members based on their overall performance. "Swami Vivekanand Trophy", is awarded for the best outgoing student from each of the Suryadatta Group of Institutes. "Late Shri. Bansilalji Umedmalji Chordiya - Trophy" - is awarded to the staff member (both in teaching and non teaching category of each of the Sur yadatta Group of Institutes for their outstanding performance.

Industrial Visits and Orientations
Another vital ingredient of Suryadatta's philosophy of excellence in students is periodical industrial visits. Industrial visits provide an interface between educational and organizational environment. Industrial orientation is aimed at helping the students in understanding the practical aspects of what they study in classrooms. Students visit various kinds of industries and companies periodically in leading industrial areas to understand - How industry works? These visits broadens the perspective of the students.
Orientation cum - Induction Session
To help new students to be at ease with the course, the institute his/her peers and seniors, an orientation cum induction session is arranged for all first year students where they get acclimatized to the learning environment at Suryadatta. The orientation program covers details of various activities, systems and procedures related to academics, field work, projects, placements, current affairs, emerging technologies, annual events, extra curricular and co-curricular activities and code of conduct. For this mega orientation cum induction program the core team of Sturyadatta and stalwarts from different fields, address the students.
Out Door Management Training (OMT)
OMT is a unique training programme designed for the students of Suryadatta wherein the focus shifts from the classroom to Mother Nature, who is a master teacher herself. Through OMT, a series of adventure and outdoor experiences like trekking, rappelling, rock-climbing, canoeing, star gazing, living-off the land, etc aim to build one's leadership skills, teamwork abilities, decision making skills, crisis management skills and thus lead to the holistic development of the student. Today OMT is widely recognised by the corporate sector as an effective training technique for developing the personality of their executives. Suryadatta has introduced this programme with a view to provide an edge to its students.
