On December 16, 2006, Padmashree Mrs. Lila Poonawalla, Chairperson, De Laval presented an ISO certificate to Dr. Sanjay Chordiya, Founder Director & Chairman of Suryadatta Group of Institutes. | * NATIONAL SUMMIT ON EMERGING TRENDS IN COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS HELD

A Second National Summit on "Emerging Trends in compensation and benefits - design to delivery" was held in Mumbai recently. It was organized by All India Management Association Delhi and Suryadatta Group of Institute, as their academic partner. More than 200 representatives from National and Multinational Companies Institutes took part in it.
Objective of this meet was to end solution to the concept and management of compensation and benefits from the design to delivery, and to provide a platform for the professional to play a bigger role & contribution as a business |

partner in setting in strategy for organizing in all situations. The deep study of huge available human resources will lead to become India super economic power in the future time.
Compensation strategy, designing variable pay plans, managing compensation in mergers & acquisitions, Taxation & pay role process were discussed in details in the summit. |

Bulgan Luvandorj, a member of the Red Cross and first year student of hotel management at Suryadatta Institute, has been awarded a scholarship under the general cultural scheme of Government of India in the form of full year's educational fees.s

M.Sc students from Suryadatta studying Bioinformatics attended InCoB, the International Conference in Bioinformatics held in Delhi from 18-20th December, 2006 . They presented a poster on a database on tuberculosis called TB Gateway. It is a web interface created for accessing the databases which consist of Available treatment, Alternative medicine, Strains and the TB Treatment Units. The interface itself consist of a very useful website which has been created with the main aim of spreading awareness about Tuberculosis which is actually completely curable and yet is the second largest disease causing death worldwide. The website has been constructed in such a way that a layman can use it with the same ease as a researcher might look for relevant information and there is information for everyone. The topic was widely accepted in the conference and the poster received a very good response. Talks with a few institutes and companies induced a collaborative atmosphere. Suryadatta's Anti-TB team members who attended the conference were Amrapali Zaveri, Chaitanya Gokhale, Darshan Waghchare, Tejasvi Mahendrakar, Deepak Toppinkatti and Shweta Jog. Sameera Kari and Suvarna Joshi contributed towards making of the database and website. |

A National congress on Transforming Personality and innovative Management was held by Ramakrishna - Vivekananda International Foundation in Delhi recently. Dr. Sanjay Chordiya Founder and Chairman of Suryadatta Group of Institutes was Honored for his missionary services by Swami Vivekananda National award 2006 at the hands of Dr. Karan Singh M. P. (Lok Sabha) at this Function.
