SCMIT has been set up to train students and professionals in the areas of IT, Software Engineering, Web Technology, PC Engineering, Networking & Data-Communication, Telecommunication, Call Centre Management, Business Management, Bio-Technology, Bio-Informatics, Fashion Designing, Mass Communication and Journalism. Institute has dedicated and experienced faculty for training professionals. The institute has also installed a Video Satellite (VSAT) through which specialised programmes and higher end lectures are broadcasted from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. The institute provides a strong IT & Management education base to each student, working professionals and top level management people in their area of interest.
