• Spiritual Camp
  The 3 - day Spiritual camp offers an opportunity to the students to actually be reborn. They are taken with a 2-hour drive from Pune to Naval Veerayatan to have a unique experience of understanding the true and intrinsic meaning of oneself and the ultimate truth about life and being. The idea is to inculcate social, spiritual and ethical values of life into the students' daily routine.
  
  
• Shaping life with Yoga & Meditation
  The students have an opportunity and a facility to learn the techniques of yoga and meditation under the guidance of a Guru who will enrich them with the ideologies of good health, a source of optimal well-being. Yoga & meditation will help the students to remain healthy both physically & mentally and prepare them to face the challenges of life with courage and conviction.
  
  
• Commando Training Programme
  Another vital philosophy in Suryadatta is “ A Sound Mind & A Sound Body”. With academics, the students are also given all possible training that helps in developing a sound mind and a sound body. One such activity is the Commando training; where the students are trained to develop the 10 Attitudes of Success. They are trained on goal setting and personality development and other similar activities, which at the same time, give them an enjoyable as well as knowledgeable break from academics.
  
  
• Team work and Overall Personality Development
  Students are given group projects and are encouraged to work together, study together and present themselves as teams. Through this they experience the challenges associated with the group dynamics and interpersonal communication. Suryadatta lays great stress on Personality Development. All students are exposed to unique modules of learning such as Emotional Intelligence, Business Communication, Problem Solving, Team Building and Group Dynamics
  
  
• Retreats
  Suryadatta conducts retreat programmes, comprising of Yoga and Meditation sessions to know self and the hidden potential.. During this programme they are also made aware of their social commitments. Such programmes help develop overall personality. Suryadtta also believes in imparting Value Education to the future managers.
