Value Based Education
The history of India proves that a nation which stands true to its cultural tradition, where spirituality is the backbone and is based on human values, can never die. "Spiritual instinct is the source of moral and human values. These human values are the life force of any activity so any areas of management and administration concern to". Suryadatta is a string philosopher of this concept.
Today the essence of human values are the nourishing factor of the management capability of a person concern, who is the leading figure of the entire management scenario. The present alarming erosion of human values in management practices are the threatening factors to all round development of a nation. We believe in the same and gives utmost importance to Value Based Education & emphasizes on Emotional Spirituality & Ethics. "Educated youth only can build our nation with new dimensions. Inculcating Swami Vivekananda's 'Managing Through Values' into management can result into a revolution in the field of business, education and commerce".
To promote these concepts, Suryadatta have recently joined hands with The Ramakrishna Vivekananda International Foundation (RKVIF), the Philosophic apex body for Human Excellence through Indian Wisdom, Service to Global Mankind and Universal Spirituality.

• Managerial Leadership & Indian Wisdom for Management
This was the workshop conducted exclusively for Suryadatta students in March, 2006, where Swami Dr. S. Parthasarathy addressed the students. Including traditional national values & Indian Wisdom will definitely help youngster to turn into successful Leaders.
• National Conventional on Managing through Value
A National Convention o the main theme of "Managing Through Values", which dwells on the values and ethics- undifferentiated components of human beings. Noted speakers experts in the subject like Shri. B.K.S. Lyangar, Dr. Shri. Vijay Bhatkar, Dr. Shri. Balaji Tambe and other noted academicians, corporate and political leaders and senior monks shared their thoughts. His Holiness Swami Dayanand Sarswati, the great world famous scholar monk inaugurated the convention.
• Leadership through Indian Wisdom
This was the workshop conducted extensively for Suryadatta students in September, 2006. While addressing the students Swami Dr. S. Parthasarathy advised students to gain deep knowledge of subjects, emphasize on self study & application of management techniques etc.. In the context, he also mentioned that today all successful Industrialists are not successful leaders. The use of ethics & values will lead to become a successful leader.
