Excellence, the hallmark of the Suryadatta Group’s journey over the past decade, has found its fitting culmination in these Awards, instituted in the year 2003 , serving as an appropriate platform for saluting distinguished personalities who are iconic role models, renowned nationally and globally for their passion for excellence and enrichment of society through their peerless accomplishments.
These Awards are conferred upon the distinguished dignitaries on February 7 every year to coincide with the Foundation Day Celebrations of the Suryadatta Education Foundation.

Dr Narendra Gowekar was honored with ‘ Suryadatta Surya Bhushan National Award-2025’ by Suryadatta Education Foundation’s Suryadatta Group of Institutes, Pune.Dr Narendra Gowekar had come for an event organized by Suryadatta Group Of Institutes . Prof. Dr. Sanjay B. Chordiya, Founder President and Chairman and Mrs. Sushama Chordiya, Vice President of Suryadatta Education Foundation conferred the award upon him.
The award is in the form of a specially designed trophy proudly displaying Indian map and Ashoka Stambha pillar replica, a citation of honour and Suryadatta Scarf. On the occasion Directors , Principals , Staff and students were present.

He also mentioned that he feels exalted when he visits Pune as apart from being the epicentre for education the city also holds a great fusion of culture and modern advancements. Suryadatta – Bhagwan Mahavir Ahimsa Ratna Global Award
On the occasion of Bhagwan Mahavir Jayanti, Mohan Dharia was awarded the first ‘Ahimsaratna Global Award-2021’ (posthumously) by Suryadatta Group of Institutes. At this time, Dr. Sanjay Chordiya announced the establishment of Bansiratna Institute of Vegetarian Culinary Arts and Research. The award was accepted by Ravindra Dharia, President of Vanrai. In the memory of Padma Bhushan Late Shantanurao Kirloskar, on the occasion of his 27th death anniversary, Suryadatta Group of Institutes presents first Atma Nirbhar Bharat Rashtriya Puraskar-2021 to Dr Vijay Bhatkar, renowned computer scientist & Architect of PARAM series of Supercomputers in recognition of his significant contribution in the field of Science and Information Technology. This award presented to Dr Bhatkar at his office at Bavdhan on Monday. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Sanjay Chordia, Founder President of Suryadatta Group of Institutes Pune, Sachin Itkar, Member of Advisory board, Prof Dr Shailesh Kasande, CEO & Group Director, Prof. Sunil Dhadiwal, Prof. Akshit Kushal, Executive Director of Suryadatta Group of Institutes were present.
Dr. Vijay Bhatkar expressed happiness over receiving this award in memory of Shantanurao Kirloskar who led India towards self-sufficiency. He said that, Shantanurao Kirloskar marks the beginning of a self-reliant India in the pre-independence period. Kirloskar Group has manufactured lot of indigenous world-class product and exported it at that time. After Laxmanrao Kirloskar, Shantanurao Kirloskar leadership gave India a distinct identity in the world. He marked the beginning of a truly self-reliant India.

It is pertinent to mention that these days the nature, role and responsibilities of media is transforming and media enhances the teaching-learning effectiveness by utilizing various media such as print, radio, video, television, internet, e-learning which has become rigorous.

It also helps us to know current situation across the world. Media in its different forms has a strong social and cultural impact on society. Pune : Founder President & Chairman of Suryadatta Education Foundation and Bansi-Ratna Charitable Trust Prof. Dr. Sanjay B. Chordia was honored with the most prestigious ‘CSR Heroes Award-2025’ at the auspicious hands of HE Hon’ble C P Radhakrishnan , Governor of Maharashtra for his contribution in education through CSR. These awards are conferred to various eminent organizations on 4th February 2025 at ITC Grand Central , Parel Mumbai.
