"Suryadatta Edu Socio Connect Initiative & Corporate Social Responsibility"

As responsible corporate citizens and educational institution, Suryadatta Group of Institutes does not lag behind in promoting various social awareness programmes and sensitizing and educating its students to be good corporate citizens. Every year a few programs are organized in relation to this. Through its Edu-Socio Connect Suryadatta has been enabling sustainable development for the benefit of society.

Suryadatta under its Edu-Socio Connect Initiative, offers various voluntary skill based modules, awareness programs & free of cost education to the needy, deserving, economically deprived strata of the society, farmers, members of the Armed Forces, Public Servants, loyal employees of the organization and to divyang children through its 50+ Voluntary institutes.

At a time of increasingly globalized economic activity and information flows, poverty and global environmental problems still affect seriously many parts of the world. These serious social issues cannot be solved solely by those directly involved and require initiatives by the whole of society but its expectations toward institutions are also rising in this context.

In this environment, We believe that it is more important than ever to listen carefully to the voices of society so that we properly understand what society expects from us and what changes we need to make in order to fulfill those expectations. We also believe that this is the only way in which Suryadatta can achieve sustainable growth as a responssible member of society.

It is a profound sense of responsibility. We are planning to create a structure that will allow the continuous development and assessment of the unique CSR activities that the Suryadatta Group has undertaken in various regions. This structure will be the basis for CSR management under a more uniform group strategy.

The foundation for these initiatives is based on our Social management philosophy. This philosophy represents our commitment to help all people achieve health and happiness by working as an integral member of society, by sharing our values and by offering new values to society through our activities.

We believe that the goal of the Social philosophy is to maximize the value of Suryadatta by ensuring that everyone who is associated with Suryadatta can feel pride in that relationship, and by working through frank and open dialogue. This will build a strong and trusting win-win relationship based on trust with all people, including people and their families, students, NGOs communities and society throughout the world.

About Suryadatta Women Entrepreneurship & Leadership Academy (SWELA)

Women and strengthen women to make all the decisions related to their life through the different problems existing in society. Empowerment includes raising women’s status through education, career, literacy, training, and other aspects of life. Women empowerment is defined as promoting a woman’s self-worth and their ability to do things based on their own choices and their right to influence social change for themselves and others. “A girl should be two things: who and what she wants” is a quote by Coco Chanel. This shows how women empowerment is a must, and women should feel empowered more and more to do what they wish to accomplish in their life related to career, education, and any other things. Women empowerment is important because it is essential that women are able to do everything they set their motivations on. There are times when your family doesn’t support you in your decisions, and that is when you need to stand for yourself. And empowering yourself is very important and much needed, which will determine you as a woman. Women are often seen as housewives and caretakers, but these days women are working and doing well in their career, and that is what empowerment is, to do better and better. Women empowerment is essential because empowering a woman is giving the women their rights. They should have equal rights in everything that they do.
