Suryadatta Institute of Performing Artsis committed to preserving and promoting India’s rich and vibrant artistic heritage in the fields of music, dance, theatre, &film. The institute is established to provide an academic dimension to the field of music, dance, & theatre. Performing arts should be made an integral part of the student’s educational life – either by encouraging participation across various school initiatives or by ensuring enrollment in a formal degree course. Research has proved that involvement in any kind of performance art has far reaching effects both on the mental as well as the emotional well-being of young children.Another obvious benefit of performing arts is the improvement that it brings forth in self-presentation skills along with a boost in confidence and the development of poise. Participation in arts also helps to overcome stage fright and improves social interactions too.
